I'm using this file since few days now and successfully.

hey, i searched in the forums but what i found old guides for older software.. the file supposed to edit is not available in 2.2 any guide will be appreciated

I had an old 1.2 1st gen phone which I recently broke. This had all my contacts on it and their names displayed perfectly once I had the region format sorted out (it was a US phone).

I've just bought a UK 3g iphone, jailbroken it and attached turbosim and the phone works.. however the caller display isn't working with the +44+XXX it will only work if the number leaves of the international cose.

Does anyone have a solution to this for me.

I will apologies is this has been posted as I did do a search and couldn't find anything relevent.

For the record.. i've installed Franks caller id fix from cydia and it still doesn't work.

It has something to do with the gap between the international prefix and the space before the number which apple insist on putting in.

to confuse matters even more.. the names show up when receiving a text (sms) message...!
