Hello All,

All the number formats of Lebanon is working perfect but there is a minor bug where in Lebanon a cell phone can start with 70 and a fixed line with 7 , so no fixed line start with 70 and it 10 digit length while cell phone can be 70 and 11 digit length.

here is an example

+ 961 70 123 456 cell phone
+ 961 7 123 456 fixed line

This is how it should be displayed, but right now it is displayed like this

+ 961 70 123 456 (cell correct)
+ 961 71 23 456 (fixed incorrect) the 7 should be alone.

I think fixing this is done on the UIDefaultFormats.phoneformat , but i am unable to edit the file can some one show me how to do that , may be i can fix it and update the forum back.

I'm complementing Apple's rules for Brazil. To my knowledge, there seems to be missing the rules for 0300/0800/0900 special toll numbers (split-toll, toll-free, extra-toll) as well as a rule to format international dial out numbers.

these two were implemented in the previou setup with

(0#00) ##-####
(0#00) ###-####
(0#00) ####-####
(00##) $

The first 3 (for the possible sizes of the special toll numbers) are easy to write the rules (1 rule set with 9 rules).
I've done it and it's working fine.

But I found no simple way to handle the last one, given that the country IDD prefix is 00 and the following 2 numbers is the carrier selection. Since the number of carriers is limited, I could use:

Carriers: 21, 31, 41 (there are a few more, but this will do for the example)

X>=21, X<=21, LMAX=22, Bytes 11/12=02 01
X>=31, X<=31, LMAX=22, Bytes 11/12=02 01
X>=41, X<=41, LMAX=22, Bytes 11/12=02 01

All mapping to the same string: (n##) #### #### #### #### ####

Assuming that 20 digits is plenty for international numbers.

Any ideas?
