So, now that we have solved the caller id problem (thanks Frank8), how can we address the number formatting issue?

after all this is how this post started

can someone help me? I am 14 years old and we don't study hex and binary yet in school.
Frank, I installed the new caller id 1.1.1, but the formatting for lebanon does not seem to work at all. The phone numbers are broken in the wrong places..... not as per the format listed above. for example:

International +961
so, if you want to call my mobile you dial +961 3 xxx xxx or +961 70 xxx xxx, same with sms. Phone numbers are typically 6 digits.
mobile to mobile (03) xxx xxx or (70) xxx xxx
landline to landline (0x) xxx xxx

any help? Many thanks

@ mentalgeller
Ok for next release

@ iphoniak
Actual fix for Lebanon is
+961 3 xxx xxx , +961 70 xxx xxx
and
03 xxx xxx , 70 xxx xxx

But you don't get it when +961 is not present in the number
because Lebanon is not supported in Region Format list
and the selected country format rules are used instead.

To select Lebanon use lb_LB in the method discussed in:

Hey vangmoon. Did you edit the file for fixing the changing fixed number? If not I suggest that you change the way to dial like this:

(09x) xxx xxxx
(01xx) xxx xxxx
(04) xxxx xxxx
(08) xxxx xxxx
(0xx) xxx xxxx
(1800) xxxx
(1900) xxxx

It'll be bascially along the lines of:

(01###) ## ## ## for residential numbers
+44 ## ## ## ## ## for residential numbers (groups of two numbers)
+44 ### ## ## ### for mobile numbers
(07##) ## ## ### for mobiles

If you catch my drift...
Hi Frank - is there any way you could help me out with the above - or tell me how to do it for the 2.1 Firmware
