I've just tried to install iDeneb 10.5.5 on my Dell with the following specs:

Code:

Try to disable HT feature in the BIOS, and check if you have SATA AHCI Support too

Thanks for your reply icchansan.
I don't think my Pentium D has HT technology, at least in Windows it only shows two processors. I can't find an option in my BIOS for SATA AHCI, there's just an option for the RAID to be set to Auto or Always RAID. |

The Pentium 4 processor that came with it are HT-enabled, but the Pentium D (dual core) don't have HT, and I have a Pentium D.
I'm pretty sure I have the latest BIOS but I'm going to try to update it again tonight. |

Thanks, I'll give that a try when I get home!
BTW, does that mean that I'll be disabling one CPU? |
