Default To get a hackintosh computer, all I need to do is....right?

All I need to do is buy a copy of Leopard 10.5, and buy a computer, and run the disc, and follow the instructions on the disc. Is it really that simple?

You need to buy supported hardware. You can't just toss it on any machine and expect it all to work. Google: OS X HCL

It's the Hardware Compatibility List and go into the 10.5 section and choose hardware that is known to work. Then you just insert the disc and it is pretty much the same as a normal Mac.

You won't be able to boot with the retail disc either. It will need modification first.
