Unlocked 2g on Tmobile to a AT&T 3GS

Hey Guys,

I'm wondering if anyone knows if the apps purchased on my Unlocked/Jailbroken Iphone 2g currently running on the Tmobile network will all be transferred to my new AT&T official 3GS?

I just subscribed to a new contract with AT&T and really wanted all the purchased apps to transfer over to my new phone.

Please feel free to offer info
