I have a norton antivirus and the trojan is not detected. Contacts from my msn are telling me that they see the following when I chat to them

Anyone can help by suggesting an alternative to norton since it is unable to see it?

don't use norton, its proven to be horrible. Most of the free antispyware etc. that you can download like AVG for free is now better than norton, plus you actually have to pay for norton.
