Just want to know about. iPhone Dev Account signup and activation.
Hopefully this is the right section and i've heard this is a good place so here it goes....
At the moment i cannot afford a Mac, Mac Mini or any Mac at all. So i have started making my app using hackintosh... although i would like to test it on my iPhone. I know about getting a developer account, although i would like to know more about the process. All I want to know is the following: After i pay for my account what do I have to do to get Mac to realize i have a developer account? Will i be able to do any of it on another OS such as Windows, i have't bothered to set up internet on hackintosh.... Any answers would be greatly appreciated!  Thanks!

I'm not a developer but I have an account
Ones you pay your $99 you get access to the developer area on the web & from there you can download the SDK tools needed to start creating your apps. Everything is for running on OS X not windows Hope that helps a little

I have a macbook pro now, but when I first started developing for iPhone I was doing it on a hackintosh. It works just fine, you just need to go through the motions with profiles and certificates and such (not to mention the tax and banking info
 ).
