It's XP.
It's acutally quite easy to do with the help of Stardock Windowblinds. It gives you the OS X "look" but definitely doesn't work like a Mac. It's like buying a Ford Pinto and slapping on a bunch of Ferrari logo's and calling it a "Ferrari". edit to add: btw if you're interested in stuff like that, check out aqua-soft.org. Also the program the person is using to get the finder bar on the side in explorer is called FindExer by TomsEffect. And Objectbar (product of Stardock) is used to get the menu bar on the taskbar.
