To add one note to this. I cant believe why Apple is approving this at all, it is a shame. Plus: Apple is facing legal action cause the "thing" is offered in the German app store aswell.
According to german law it is not allowed to sell nazi "literature" neither is the use of facist nazi logos - the app does.
I really hope apple gets kicked in their fat b... for this one.

one more: it is rated 9+ for low erotic scenes. WTF, if I have an app showing boobs, app is gone, nazi-shit gets approved - sorry Apple, you suck!!!!!!
