Mini Phone (Clon) not working
I bought a mini iPhone in China. Obviously it couldn't detect my network (T-Mobile) so I cannot make calls but I had a friend from China to use his sim card and was able to make and answer calls. The iPhone was able to detect my sim card, address book was imported that's about it.
Came back to the U.S., the iPhone cannot detect my network (T-Mobile). I've tried other sim cards from my friends with T-Mobile and At&t but same problem. The iPhone supports GSM and GPRS, which I use for my current phone. This is the mini iPhone that I have. iPhone Clone, Mini iPhone m888a - CNET Asia Blogs: HK Tech Phooey by Victor Cheung, Hong Kong SAR, PRC Any idea what's wrong with this phone?

I think it's because it's dual band. My guess is that it doesn't support the band T-Mobile is on.
