My phone is 2.1 unlocked and jailbroken everything was working fine. Then i converted a bunch of videos, and put it on the iphone and then randomly the iphone started to vibrate crazy and got stuck in the apple screen. I tried to restore it and then i even tried DFU mode and Itunes says it can not restore it. After these two store mode it goes from the iphone mode to the USB cable mode with the arrow pointing to the itunes on the iphone screen; then it turns off sometimes. What should i do next?? Any help?

all it does now is vibrate non-stop.

UPDATE 2:
Its stuck on recovery mode. i tried to restore but got 1604 error. i think i even did dfu mode and same result. it connectes to itunes and says you need to restore the phone but not luck i keep getting 1604 error.

Please help! don't know what i should do next.

Try to delete iTunes completely removing any trace including DLL's.

Reinstall and you should not get those errors.
