When i bought it was 1.1.1/04.01.13_G and then i did restore to v1.1.2 .. restore not update. and i didn't unlock the phone

so please tell me if i do this guide or no?

Yes you can use this guide. Are you looking to unlock the iphone and leave it at 1.1.1 or do you want it unlocked in 1.1.2?

Nope, after I do the restore and get a 1604 error, I quit iTunes then quit iTunes helper. Then open iPhuc.

I don't know my friend but what u recommend which v1.1.1 or 1.1.2.

and now i can unlock it by this guide very easy:

I think that 1.1.1 is more stable and all that 1.1.2 really gives you is international keyboards...

And yes, this guide will work for you if you want to keep it at 1.1.1
