Default caller id the other way around...

Hello..
I have been receiving numbers fine as far as caller id with +numbers (they are all stored in my address book with +)
When dialing out a number though, without using the +prefix to a number thatis stored in my address book, it does not recognize the number i am calling so for instance if i have a number stored as
+493012345678 and I am dialing it from my phone it will show the name of the person i am calling.
On the other hand, when dialing just 03012345678 it does not recognize this number anymore.
I have installed the 7 number patched from the caller id work around but it still does not solve my problem.
Any thoughts on that.
ThanX, ThanX, ThanX
JM.

It works here. Are you sure you applied the patch correctly?

I also just did a test with 2 mobiles.
when calling from mobile i save a new contact as
01771234567.
when the call comes in as +491771234567 it does not identify the caller id of the saved contact.
I replaced the file on iphone with the 7 digits from caller id post in the forum and it is supposed to work this way but alas it doesn't
thanx again
jm.
