Unlock with Windows, use iPhone with OSX?

I want to unlock the iPhone using this method because its seems pretty straightforward:

but I want to use the phone in OSX. Has anyone unlocked their phone using a Windows method but loaded music, videos, etc using the Mac version of iTunes?

You'll be fine, unlocking and iTunes synching are independent things. Unlocking via OSX is as easy as unlocking using windows imo.
