take turbo sim off and install the working local phone company sim
You will need the latest iTunes setup on your Windows Computer... please completely uninstall all other iTunes first and then restart your computer then open the New iTunes. Dont worry about iTunes, just do as I described - no old version stuff.
Make sure to have iTunes 8.2 (the actual version) on your Mac/Windows-PC, connect the iPhone as it is now and restore to firmware 3. Take out the Turbosim then, put it in a nice place in your house (same here in my vitrine). The iPhone will be locked then with your private simcard in. Do the Mac- or Windows-tutorial I mentioned and you will be set.
