Hello,

I got this iphone in a trade and it seems to be stuck on the slide for emergency screen. It won't show up on the computer when connected with the usb cable. Itunes doesn't find it, no other software finds it. When connected to USB, it doesn't show the charge sign at all. Windows doesn't even show new hardware found notification. I tried to put it into restore mode and DFU ,it did go into those modes but Itunes still did not recognize it.

Also, the phone seems to be charging slowly via USB even though the charge sign is not shown.

Please help.

Do you have any idea what fw was running on that phone before?

If computer cannot recognize/detect phone then there's nothing we can do to help
