I have a problem here, I have successfully flashed the Neutered 4.6BL using BootNeuter (without the pwned ipsw... i dont have a mac)... but for some reason it couldnt flash the BB... this happened a couple of days ago.

I then updated the phone to 112 and used gunlock to unlock the 112 bb successfully... now for some odd reason i was thinking i should have the 04.05 bb... but i cant figure out a way to unlock it...

I was able to flash the 04.05 bb using bbupdater (love the neutered bl) I have used the cRACKn's 114 unlocker but it ends with an error saying incorrect bootloader version. all the available solutions like iplus, iliberty and ziphone downgrade the bl to 3.9 or 3.9fb and i dont want to do that....

i m not confident with hex editing unless u tell me md5 hashes so that i know i did it correctly coz i was reading somewhere that there are some offsets that you have to modify to unlock the bb.... if there is any way to manually unlock the 04.05.01_G bb using Terminal/SSH...

you should be able to use bootnueter to flash 4.6 and unlock it at the same time even on the newest baseband. unless it requires ur phone to already be pwned. you should just wait. pwning ur phone opens the limitations to allow unsigned code which may be whats necessary to flash the baseband and actually unlock it on 4.6. maybe.

pwn ur phone.

or downgrade ur baseband with iliberty til later. you can always reupgrade ur baseband again

If you follow the instructions at http://wikee.iphwn.org/sgold_bootrom:simple_unlock (or if you do the hex editor equivalent), you should find the that checksums of your unlocked 4.05.01 fls file are:

macbook% openssl sha1 ICE04.05.01_G.fls
SHA1(ICE04.05.01_G.fls)= a7d09b16648e770bf8537a341f1e2f33fd529c6e
macbook% md5 ICE04.04.05_G.fls
MD5 (ICE04.04.05_G.fls) = 7e2be9e51463c5d5e3094f1069dbcbf5


I mention just the fls but also you should always feed the matching *.eep file to bbupdater at the same time you feed the *.fls file.
