Hello, ive just started using liberty and ive noticed some problems:
1) Selected Bsd Subsystem in setup installer but after unlock cannot find BSD Subsystem in Installer...my wifi was working
2) When i open youtube, it says connect to itunes to enable youtube
3) When i go to uninstall it says installer v3.01 but 0 kb.. will this create some problems for my phone?

I hope someone can give an answer to my questions....

1. It probably doesn't put it in the list of installed items.
2. There's a Youtube fix-package, did you select that in iLiberty?
3. What are you trying to uninstall?

Editing binary .plist, .strings, .nib and .xib files:
* on your computer: Windows tool / conversion website.
* on your iPhone: convert those files in a terminal with plutil (installed with Erica Utilities) or edit them with iFile (Cydia links).

3) Im not trying to uninstall installer v3.01, just want to say that it shows size 0kb.....is that a problem?

As long as Installer does what it should do, I guess you're OK.

I guess you're right...just wanted to know, have you unlocked with liberty and if yes r u getting the same issue with installer?

installing cydia from installer moves more than just ringtones and fonts, but using iliberty only moves those 2 folders.

any reason for this ?

not that i like having 101 mb free on my small partition, but i was just wondering (last time i restored my phone i had to install cydia with installer, and yesterday i used iliberty on a new phone, and noticed the change).

pd: i cant update to 1.3 on windows, and both download mirrors for 1.51 for mac wont work either for me

EDIT: i was able to download iliberty1.3 from the rapid$hare mirror, a mirror for 1.51 on a similar site would be appreciated

Do you still have a downloadsite for IPlus 1.2 (was this the last version?). I succesfully unlocked several iphones with this software, providing them with BL3.9 FB. When i read this iLiberty site i have the impression that there are far more problems with the GUI version. Am i right or is it only an impression?

I tried restoring using DFU mode, but no matter what I do it boots up into text mode with the above loop.

Any ideas?
