Hi,

I have a USA 1.1.2 Iphone, downgraded to 1.1.1 and jailbreaked. Instead of upgrading it to 1.1.2 I just started using it and have installed many apps. Now I would like to start all over again(get rid of inst. apps) and upgrade it to 1.1.2.

My plan is to restore it to 1.1.1 via iTunes and then proceed following the same instructions from iClafified http://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=461 as the first time I did it with new iPhone.

Just to be on the safe side, is this OK or should I virginize it or do something else?

what are you trying to do? hw unlock?

no problem....just start hw unlock in your 1.1.1...no need to virginize 1.1.2 otb

No, I dont want to hw unlock it. I just want to "reinstall" it . (restore to 1.1.1. with iTunes, upgrade to 1.1.2, activate and jailbreak, using it w/o GSM).
I have installed many apps just for testing, now I want to remove them by "reinstalling". Later I will buy a *SIM and unlock it, until then I will be using it as iTouch.

I just want to be on the safe side, dont want to brick it.

I restored it to 1.1.1 FW iTunes and upgraded to 1.1.2, everything is fine and working.
