i don't see a difference between this method and dev team's method released yesterday.. other than a glaring updated baseband and that you need to run a script every single time you reboot the phone. just due to the updated baseband itself i would highly recommend that nobody use this method. there's no added benefit with using the new baseband other than it will fuck up your sim unlock and that you need to run thescript each time to reacquire a signal. if you want google maps triangulation to work, i can confirm for you all that you don't need a new baseband for it to work. i'm using the same baseband as before with dev team's jailbreak and everything works 100%.

how often do you reboot your iphone, i rebooted my daily used one for the first time yesterday i think in weeks (my testers get rebooted constantly i guess) but if you aer running 3rd party apps and crashing your phone to cause you to reboot, running minicom is the LAST of yout worris


oh and about the baseband upgrade, some ppl may want it, cause you dont, dont call the method stupid

I find it very interesting that IPSF has survived this much, and they still have not even updated the site, can you even still buy it lol...

at this moment we have only this method to unlock our phones with jailbreaked 1.1.1 and 4_03-13G and prior unlock.

leave us we know what we are doing.

i'm not trying to be hostile in any way. you haven't seen me when i'm hostile. lol. this is not the only way actually. if you say this is for bootloader 3.9, why don't you downgrade the baseband with the method on i.unlock.no and then jailbreak/activate 1.1.1, run anysim, restore to 1.1.2, run anysim 1.2.1u on airplane mode, and then do dev team's method? that would work perfectly. no script needed.

in other words, i just don't see the point in using the newest baseband if it requires you to run the script every time. it's just not practical.

Even if I do try to do the first AT+CLCK command over and over, I still get "ERROR", any other suggestions?

Just upgraded...Seems most of the software app can be run in 1.1.3 after reinstall.
