This hapened to me also, what i did is as soon as the Iphone restarts (as soon as you see the activate iphone message) click next on touchfree nad then the iphone should restart itself and allow you to get to the springboard (i used touchfree alpha) if you wait longer the the iphone doesn't restart

Yes. Follow the guide because you clearly are not following it. I know that simply from your reply.There is no lockdownd1.1.1 mentioned in the guide at all!

Hey,

Trying this guide on an OTB 1.1.1.

When I get to touchfree Step2, I go to the jailbreak.kenzg URL , Safari closes and the phone goes back to the locked screen. touchfree just says ¨please visit the URL¨

Using Vista

Is there a guide for OTB 1.1.1 for mac that is like this?

Can use OSX or Vista, whichever is easier!

hey dude! i got the same problem, that IMEI # seem to mess up the uncloking process, i been trying too many times and finally i figured it out why, i been reading every threads and posts about IMEI but seem like clueless answer. im still waiting
and just consider it as an Ipod right now.

Great Job !!!
Use it twice without any problems!!!

After first unlock - I use installer to install 3rd party applications and after a few instalations - the phone didn't restart... I had to restore the firmware and start over again.

I have a question.

My friend has an iphone with 1.0.2 firmware - unlocked using BBupdater, minicom, putty...etc. (no anysim...)
He would like to update to 1.1.1 but I'm not sure if I can use this guide... or if there is another method to update - previously unlocked phones.

thanks to this guide, i have unlocked 4 iphones, but i have one question, with the new method of easyjailbreak, after jailbreaking the iphone in what step do i need to start?
