I've recently discovered the whole OSx86 scene and am very interested in getting one up and going. My main concern is hardware compatibility. I've done some searches and found most people are using the Gigabyte motherboard with i7 systems. I've been using the following setup with the Windows 7 Beta/RC since January and have a spare hard drive I'd like to do the OSx86 with.

Mb: EVGA X58 132-BL-E758-A1
Ram: 3x2GB GSkill DDR3 1600
CPU: i7 920
Gfx: EVGA GTX280

It has Realtek audio and ethernet.

If there's any other information you need from me, let me know and I'll get it posted up.

Edit: I also feel I should add that this runs on a Intel chipset and not a nForce chipset like all previous EVGA motherboards. With it being the same chipset as other X58 boards, theoretically it should work, right?
