Default Can i use my current Setup for Hackintosh

Ok ,so been reading and Dling so much am going crazy lol ....maybe its because am anxious to see this work .....

This is what am working with

ECS P35T-A motherboard embedded IntelŽ Bearlake P35 and ICH9DH chipsets,instruction

I read if your Mobo supports sse3 your good ...its this correct ...?
am looking to Dual-boot ....What do i have to DownLoad ....am lost really ,read so much about ipc,and idened so many other releases ...and boot 123 and chameleon ....am know how to work around my pc but never worked with these concept before would really apreciate any help thankyou ....

Try with iPC or Ideneb, check if you have AHCI SATA Support and enable, enable XD bit, then try good luck
