Default My First Computer, Compatible with Hackintosh

I am building a desktop for college, and I would like to be able to Tri-Boot Windows, OSX, and Linux on the system. I have done research looking for good build Ideas and this is what I have come up with. Is this compatible with Hackintosh and the other Os's to do what I have in mind?

Also, I am sure most of you have built computers before. If any of you have any suggestions to make this build better please do say.
