Assistance on installing mac ipc 10.5.6 or iatkos 4 on hp pavilion(preferbly 1120tx)
Hi all,
I needed to know whether it is possible to install mac ipc or iatkos on hp dv5 series. Has anybody tried it or could anybody try it for me. I prefer knowing the compatibility before buying this notebook. The hardware spec are: http://www.gadgetsguru.in/hp-pavilio...ndia-6525.aspx chipset is intel pm45 express Please help me to know the correct customization settings for the same if installing is possible. Did you check the HCL? I think your laptop is there, check it out

Below is the entry i found in the HCL..
I find the system is having higher config than wat im planning to buy and i have the ipc osx86 installation dvd. will it work?? HP DV5-1100 Series I own hp dv5-1128el but I think is almost the same with all intel/nvidia dv5-1100 series. Cpu: Intel p8600 2.4 ghz Ram: 4gb ddr2 Chipset: Intel Ich9-m Audio: IDT 92hd72b7 on 828011b ich9 Video: 9600m gt 512 ddr2 (10DE 0649) Wifi: Intel 5100 Lan: Realtek 8168C Installed Ideneb 1.4 10.5.6 and worked perfectly, with others distributions I have problems with usb, system profiler ecc.. I installed on an external hard disk but it works also on the internal hard disk.

Thanks for the quick reply.. I jus wanted to make sure that il get a mac running after i make a investment of that sort.. could u plz tell me about a link where i candownload that package. Any more suggestions from ur side?? Thanks a lot.

Check in a trusted torrent site, always check the md5, and the users comments, or google it, if you wanna try with iPC check in pcwiz site, good luck
