Touchscreen not working

Guys,

I dont understand. The lower half of my touchscreen was not working properly, so I restored to 3.0 and everything is working fine. Then I unlock with Redsn0w and Im back to square one with the lower half not working (really sucks when it tells me 'Edit Home Screen' and I cant get that to disappear).

Any thoughts, please?

I´m having the same problem but for me is the top half that is not working. So i can´t restore!! I can´t turn off the fucking phone

Somebody can help us?

I would suggest you to upgrade your firmware to 3.0.1. Then rejailbreak it using redsnow. I hope this way your problem may be fixed. If not take to apple store.
