iPhone Stuck on Dead Battery Screen
So I dropped my iPhone in the pool a couple days ago, I'm retarded, but a few days later i plugged it in and the dead battery thing popped up. I was stoked and left it there to charge. A day later it still has a dead battery.
 Is my iPhone fried or can this be fixed? Thanks in advance, I've searched and it seems like this might be a problem where the battery this its dead even though its not because of its memory?
