Default iPhone won't turn on

I accedently dropped my iPhone which shattered the front glass. Fortunally the iPhone it self did still work so I decided to order a new front panel to install. When it arrived I disassembled my iPhone by doing the following:

1) remove the two screws
2) using a suction cup for the glass
3) Removed the cables: 1, 2 and 3
4) removed the screen (6 screws)
5) hair dryer for getting the front panel off

The problem is that when I assembled it again it won't turn on. I tried a few times placing the 3 cables again (especially the third cable which is hard to slide in; yet i think that is for the speaker this cable shouldn't afflict the whole iPhone?).

Notice that I disassembled it before without step 5 (didn't have a hair dryer) before where it still worked when I assembled it.

Currently the iPhone won't turn on, I can't seem to reset it and it does not respond on getting plugged into the computer.

Any advice would be appreciated!

UPDATE:
I got it turned on now, tried to work the cables out; however, everything works except the top speaker? Is that cable nr. 3?

Default Turned on

I opened it again and reattached the 3 cables. I've noticed by now that the cable nr 3 (which is slided in) is for the top speaker and the sensors in the top area. These are the ones that doesn't work and I fear that it has something to do with the hair-dryer :/
I've tried to slide it out and in a few times but it didn't help. Any idea how to check if it's the cable that doesn't work or its the "main"-board?

Sounds like the hairdryer has damaged the speaker. You will need to replace the whole unit, that area of the phone is very delicate.

I have spares if you are interested.

Thanks
