BGA IC Glue Remover ?
Hey People,
I am looking for a good Glue Remover to desolder easier the BGA IC's.. Can anybody give me an advice. I found Epoxy Kit but dont know if that the right one is.. http://www.engineeringlab.com/epoxykit.html Regards karabey

Hey, the link you posted is for fixing damage boards not for removing sealed IC's.
