You are using screenspltr or tv for the output display?
I am using the same cable but doesnt work for my 3g iphone. mind giving the patched file again.

Hi Mash,

Did you apply Shahjahan's files directly to the 3g[s]? Or did you find the diff in the binary and applied a similar patch?

The 3g iapd file is different from 3g[s] (3g[s] has a smaller file)....I'm not sure if it can be directly copied over....can you confirm?

Please check all the BT functions...A2DP etc....because the IAPD file covers this too.

Hi Everyone

I tried Shahjahan's iapd on my 2G 3.0 and it gets rid of the "accessory is not made to work with iphone" but now the video pauses every 20-30 seconds or so?

I m using shahjahan's iapd on my 3G 3.0. no error msg. but No video output. Got audio only. Try using the orginal iapd, got error msg but also no video BUT also have audio.

Any update for 3g 3.0 iapd file?

hi,

i use the Shahjahan patch for my 3gs. renamed the org file, copy the new and set the rights to the file. after a reboot i can use screensplitr without any problems. also i can use the ipod-video function without screensplitr.
if you wish i can take some pictures.

Hi,

I tried screensplitr and it works fine but still the ipod-video function pauses every 20 seconds on my 2G 3.0, is there any chance someone can look into this?

I finally able to resolve my problem. I restore and jailbreak my 3g iphone again. i did the same step as mention above.(i also the above step previously but not able to get it working)

Tested
1)ipod out with no problem. steaming more then half an hour.
2)screensplitr work with AVplayer,
3)screensplitr with icinemax, has abit of issue when playing video on safari. so remove icinemax, but havent test yet.(nothing to do with this patch)

So overall. this patch work prefectly on 3G Iphone for 3rd cable. Excellent work.
