I have tested it only on 3g 3.0. I will to get some time to check and get a fix for 2g as well. Just need to get some time.

please I want to know if this iapd 3.0 patch works with an iPod Touch First Generation with the 3.0 software update

I replaced on iPhone 3G the original IAPD with your patched one. Not working at the moment. Anything else do I have to do??? Tnx.

I dont have ipod touch so can't confirm. You should be able to try it yourself and update us here. Just keep the original.

Could you explain exactly whats happening? do you see the video for few seconds ? or not at all? any message?

I can C video on the iPhone but nothing on the tv (no audio or video). No messages on my screen when connect the cable.

Can't say whats wrong. make sure the cables are plugged in ok and when you plug into iphone, wait 5 seconds before you click play on some video.

ok I had av cables (non apple cable) that worked before 3.0 (2.2) now they don't work and I get that suppid airplane , not supported etc etc

Now I tried the iapd file Shahjahan is pointing to, and out come is as follows

Iphone 3g 3.0

Tried the Split screen app works and then bugs out not a big issue I would rather get the video and gps up before the springboard
Tried the cydia app TVout, that did nothing.

Now with out those apps the movies play on screen of tv great and then stop after 16-17seconds you then have o hit the play sign and they start again and then they stop after 16-17seconds and keeps going etc

With apps mentioned above only split screen did anything and seemed to bug out on tv screen after either time or swiping across springboard a few times.

So where am I at... I can get tv out on youtube as well but again does the same thing as movies.

I hope hat is some constructive feedback! If any one is able to fidle and get this working I will donate my 1st born or my wife take your pick! Just not my car OK
