Problems syncing iPhone
Hi guys,
Sorry for such a newbie post but this problem is really making me wish Id never bought an iPhone... Phone works fine except that whenever I try to sync it with my computer (running Windows Vista), it always ends up freezing and task manager says itunes is not responding. Occasionally, it will get past this and tell me that the device timed out or the device can not be read or written to. Am I doing something obviously wrong? Im not even trying to put masses of information on to my phone... maybe 500 songs and a 2gb video? PLEASE PLEASE advise!!! Andy

Are you running Vista x64 or Vista x86/x32? Did you get the proper respective iTunes version for your processor architecture? Are you running the latest iTunes version (9.0.1)?
