I was wondering if there was another way to load custom themes, dialpads etc into the phone other than using WinSCP. Is there any programs that would do the same thing but through the USB? Reasong being is because I dont have a wireless router so i cant send things through IP. Any help would be much appreciated thanks!

iPhoneBrowser, DiskAid, iPhoneList, iFunBox, the list is very long. You can choose any of these and find it with Google.

* on your iPhone: convert those files in a terminal with plutil (installed with Erica Utilities) or edit them with iFile (Cydia links).
