I sshed into my iphone and i want to put a .pdf and an unmodified jpeg on my phone. What the path/folder i can put then in so i can find them on my phone.

You can put them anywhere, right? If you want the jpg to show up in Camera Roll, put it in /var/mobile/Media/DCIM/100APPLE. For the pdf you will need a document viewer (like iFile) on your iPhone. Such a viewer can read documents anywhere on your phone. A suggestion: create a folder /var/mobile/Documents and put it there.
