I have a stock iPhone 3G that is fully up-to-date and iTunes running on Vista. I configured iTunes to sync photos from a folder (David's iPhone) found in my Pictures folder. I created folders in that folder and put photos in those folders. When I sync, iTunes sees those folders and lists the number of photos in those folders and appears to sync them to the iPhone. However, when I open the Camera app and go touch the folder button int he lower left corner, I'm brought to an empty Camera Roll page.
I followed the advice of another thread that said to uncheck then recheck the sync photos checkbox. That didn't work. Then someone else suggested deleting the iPod Photo Cache folder. Did that; didn't work. I'll admit to being an Apple newb. I'm hoping it's something obvious I'm missing. Are the photos being synced to a different place on the iPhone? What am I doing wrong? Thanks, David Last edited by DavidPotter; 03-22-2009 at 10:16 AM. |

Okay, never mind. I have so many applications on my iPhone that the Photos application got lost in the shuffle (so to speak). I find it extremely confusing that I can't do any image management from within the camera app or the Photos app. At least now I know where they are.
