All I can suggest you do it locate the itunes backup on your windows PC
Find a friend with a Mac & put your backup in /Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/ Then rum erica's tool & it should extract your Calendar data to his desktop

There is an even easier to use app called iPhone Backup Extractor (iPhone / iPod Touch Backup Extractor). It is free but Mac-only aswell.
here are the locations where the backup is: Mac OS X ~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/ Windows XP C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\ Vista C:\users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\AppleComputer\ MobileSync\Backup\

Yep, there is so much information in all those files. It is more than obvious why it is not recommended at all to sync on a computer you do not own...
