Problem: Incoming calls

Yesterday night I unlocked my iphone using the unlock.pxl and tested and everything was ok.

Today in the morning I did a call and then I couldnt received any call, it sounds like it is busy all the time. So I took my sim and put it back in my old cell phone and it was the same.

Anyone with the same problem or any sugesstions please?
