Yes I agree, that is a SCAM!
![]() How come we have not received out invoice yet? Why has no one else reported receiving an invoive. How come the numerous other reseller's have not said this? This is the reason all my corrospondance with IPSF is done over an address no one else knows about, that way people can't send me fake emails. Angus, http://aussieiphoneunlock.com |

First of all, I've tried to keep away from these iPhoneSimFree discussions. But I would like to ask one quesiton to everyone, please bare with me, iphonesimfree application is potentialy illegal, am i correct so far? If I am, please continue reading. If you a buying an illegal product, reporting it to the authorities will only get you in trouble right? I'm just curious. I've lost hope for a software unlock ever since the delay after delay ordeal. But since there' mentioning of reporting to the CIA, FBI, etc. I'm just curious as to how you can report a scammer selling illegal product and a buyer buying illegal product. Please dont take this as offensive, I'm just merely curious as to how the procedure works.
To clarify my points, for example, a drug dealer say he will some amoutn of drugs, and when the buyer pays him and he doesn't deliver, the buyer can't go running to the police saying, "I paid him for the drugs but he didn't deliver, he scammed me!" Right? |

I have tried to stay away from these as well
![]() This is a muddy situation. The product IPSF is selling is not illegal. Depending on the country of origin its probably all perfectly fine. There are country's where locking a phone is illegal. Its just not a black and white situation which is why Phone Unlocking companies set themselves up in places that allow them to operate legally. |

unlocking ur iphone is not illegal, the iphone was created in the US where laws allow phones to be unlocked, furthermore u using it not selling it so even if it was illegal, using it isnt a crime (i'm in canada and they freely advertise unlocking of any phone, including the iphone (hw unlock) on tv, malls, radio, etc).
