Had to delete installer.app. Tiff patch means i can't reinstall!

Hey everyone,

Due to installer.app being totally messed up (i couldn't launch it) I deleted it using WinSCP. Turns out this was a bad idea because now i cannot reinstall it via jailbreakme.com

Can someone upload the latest version of installer.app located in ~/Applications/Installer.app

PLEASE lol.

I found that if I had too many Apps etc.. then the memory was near full and this caused installer to go haywire.
Try removing a number of Apps and it might be ok - worked for me.
The memory is not the remainder of the 8Gb but a smaller allocated memory - search for more info.
