iphone blocked
Hello,
New "small" problem with my IPhone. Retrieving email from gmail account with big size attachment (2x 2Mb jpg) has completly blocked my IPhone. He stays on the screen of maiil and it's not possible to stop it. I've tried to press the "power" button more than 1 minutes, cannot shutdown it. Is there a way to reset the phone ? Or will I need to wait until there is no more power ? Thank you for your help cidro

Another way instead of restarting the phone is first try and hold down the home button for 5 seconds.
This is supposed to kill the application that is frozen. If this does not work then you can try the home/top button for 10 seconds. But I found the home button alone works good.
