Cheer's XianLi,
The only reason i can see is that they didn't want to have a log on process in the YouTube app for whatever reason. Maybe they thought a log on process would deter people from using it. And they couldn't have it showing 18+ material with out an age confirming process cause Steve and the boys would get it in the ear from all the concerned parents groups. What make me laugh is the UK iPhone advert goes on about the how the internet on the iPhone is "not a watered down version or a mobile version, but the real full fat internet" or something to that effect...pitty the same cant be said for YouTube hey apple??? |

Good thing you brought this up mate, this has been bugging me too. I can't access the stuff I usually watch on my PC from the iPhone youTube app. The safari route is kind of a hassle it keeps asking for a flash pluggin.

Yes i do, not only to 18+, but also for some countries.
http://hackint0sh.org/forum/showthre...t=14838&page=3 The Youtube.app is not using the same url format for retrieving videos. So i don't see any chances to have +18 rated videos accessible. Well, unless the team Apple/Google(youtube) decide to do it. This is a quote from the end of my post in the above mentioned url. Quote:
