Now that Gmail has IMAP support I have switched over my phone to use IMAP instead of POP and it is wonderful.

My only issue is this:

I have several filters set up in Gmail to automatically sort incoming emails into different labels/folders when received.

I have set up the iPhone to check for new emails every 15 minutes.

The problem is it only polls the inbox during its regular check. I could have new emails auto-sorted into my folders/labels by Gmail, and I wouldn't know until I tapp on that particular folder, at which point it refreshes and downloads new emails.

This is an issue for me as I have tons of folders, and I don't want to go tapping through them all every time I check for email.

Has anyone found a way to make the iPhone refresh ALL folders in IMAP every time it refreshes the inbox?
