Most of these I found all over the Internet....
Under iPod -> more -> edit you can select the icons that appear at the bottom of the iPod app.
Tapping the top menu bar returns you to the top of whatever scroll area you're in. This is super useful when browsing forums in Safari
If you want to type a period or other punctuation, simply touch and hold the ".?123" key then slide your finger to the desired button.
when using the camera you can associate a pic with your contact, you can delete the pic out of the "camera roll" and they stay associated with that contact.
If you slide your finger across a message in the Email preview or SMS preview panes, a Delete button will pop up.
When viewing 'Maps' you can tap with two fingers and it zooms out
ear buds - while listening to music and phone call comes in squeeze the mic button. double click to hang up the phone call, Also, double clicking while listening to music will skip to the next track. A single click will pause/start the track...
When you receive an incoming call, use either volume buttons to mute the ringer.
if you hold down the home button for a few seconds and whisper something really sweet to your iphone, it will remember it, now every time you whisper that same thing it will vibrate for you on demand.
