I went to supreme preferences and turned on the 3x3. Now there are no settings or supreme preferences anywhere on the iPhone. Does anyone know what i'm supposed to do with it?

Apparently Supreme Prefs 3.0 was retracted due to bugs. You could go to Cydia and uninstall it to see if you get your original screen back.

* on your iPhone: convert those files in a terminal with plutil (installed with Erica Utilities) or edit them with iFile (Cydia links).
