Download Cydia apps on PC!!!!!!!!!
check out the Cyder application from iphoneapps.ru made by a guy from their team. Works ONLY on windows. There is no home website, but the thing is posted on a lot of iphone and ipod forums, such as

unfortunately, the frigging thing doesn't currently work with 3.0....... I hope it will be updated...........
