If you mean that your iphone already contains some proxy settings (in preferences.plist or in proxy.pac like in my case) to get gprs/edge access to the Internet through the provider's proxy please inform what is your settings. I'll help to reconfigure tunnel for your needs.

iphonetunnel suite 2.0 is out but I cannot get it to work I followed the instructions on the site but no go.... keep getting network error

As far as I see this "new" version comprises some features already described in manual mentioned above (socks-proxy, for instance). So you don't need anything from this suite except itunnel.exe which is the same as in original one.
If you have itunnel.exe and follow instructions in above guides you can get connection via usb cable.

i bought 1st G iphone in 2008,it was update with 2.0.1 firmware,i unlocked with 2.0.2 pwend,everything went all right exept the wifi it looks that work but it dsnt also the bluetooth the signal just spining and is grey nothing happen ,the phone work with the pay as you go sim card now and evrything works nice... i lost all the abillities of iphone and iam searching and asking wat i have to do now i ddnt took any answer yet
could anyone can save me, and my phone???

You can use custom winpwn firmware with openssh already integrated.
I found one for 2.0.1 (with Installer4, Cydia, SSH, Terminal, new baseband, bootloader 4.6, operator's logos, root partition 600 MB), size 242 Mb.

But you should know what you're doing.

When I click on the Iphone Tunnel, the black screen is open,
than, I open winscp or putty, and try to connect without sucess
I saw that there is an error on the black (dos) screen :
