in case noone noticed it yet --- Shai Apps has an "all sources" install that includes most of this list.

(but if you have a big repo list it loads very very slow)

Blaze Software Private > http://blazecompany.pspsc.com/blazeprivate.xml > iPhoneLike and some other pointless redirects. iPhoneLike is for the iTouch and you can SMS text from the iTouch, as well as make it look exactly like an iPhone. BSD Subsystem required. *yes, it IS a private source- it may change so get it while it's there. donation was required to obtain this source, but I was ripped off.*

Exclamation

A great new site and source that i've found is NewAttiPhone.com

They have one really cool game based off the game Avalanche called Penguin Panic, and they also have a very handy app in there installer that fixes the Installer Error once you fill up all your memory.

the repository is

newattiphone.com/repo.xml

I want to introduce a site of mine which is a catalog/search engine of Installer sources - http://iappcat.com .
Currently 117 working repositories are constantly reindexed, having more than 1600 unique packages. Visitors are encouraged to submit new ones.
A registered user can create own repository consisting only packages he needs.
Comments are welcome!
