[Req] This is for all of us who likes cars!
anyone could do an application based on the accelerometer of the iphone to measure (BHP, lateral G's, Braking distance, etc....) it was done time ago with a wiiremote in this pages (http://www.hackaday.com/2007/07/28/w...accelerometer/ , http://forums.vwvortex.com/zerothread?id=3362586) it would be interesting to measure in real time the horsepower and the other values of my car anyone supporting my idea?...come on lets make it happen! thanks!

great now we need anyone to write this app....i recommend the name igtech (like the gtech for the cars), like bezman said the only thing is that he mispelled the word haha thanks guys

That would be awesome to get!
It should be fairly simple to poll the accelerometer, at first there is no need for a fancy gui, if just we can log the accelerometer data to at file..
