Ok I purchased a Rogers iPhone and because of the bootloader I can't software unlock. I have ordered a TurboSIM to install.
My question is will I have to disable 3g if I am on At&t's network? I understand that T-Mobile doesnt run on the same 3g bands that At&t does so I can see why you might need to shut it off for them. Thanks for the help |

It's to my understanding that most of the *SIMs have issues keeping a stable 3G signal. Some allow for 3G data use but they also lose incoming calls and messages, and several SIM types still don't even work on 3G networks at all.
